Final updates on bidding:

Bidding will close Friday, May 15 at 8:30pm, with the exception of "live" auction items closing at 8pm and fund-a-need staying open until May 16, 10AM.

If an item receives a bid within 3 minutes of closing, it will remain open for an additional 3 minutes, up to 30 minutes. If it does not, it will close at its original time.

Fundraiser Details

We will kick off the fundraiser on May 8, 7pm with remarks and light-hearted music, led by Artistic Director Christopher Shepard and Assistant Director Mark Mummert. 

 

A silent auction will then stay open for bidding on many auction items for a full week. Now, anyone can get in on the fun and bid, all from the comfort of your home.

 

On Friday, May 15 at 7pm, we will then end the silent auction with a final livestream and live auction "fund-a-need" to raise money for next season's B Minor Mass, Bach's magnum opus, performed by none other than The Worcester Chorus.

 

What can I do right now?

• Feel free to take a sneak peek of current auction items, subject to change.

• Spread the word to your friends and family to attend the May 8 auction kickoff, bid on items, and closing "live" auction stream on May 15.

• Our livestream will take place via Zoom. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, we suggest watching this tutorial video to get acquainted with the program.
